适应症
本品适用于敏感原生动物和厌氧菌引起的感染。|1.用于毛滴虫引起的泌尿生殖道感染。|2.用于阿米巴原虫引起的肠、肝阿米巴虫病（包括阿米巴痢疾，阿米巴肠病，阿米巴结肠炎，阿米巴肝脓肿）。|3.用于贾第鞭毛虫病。|4.用于厌氧菌感染：如败血症、脑膜炎、腹膜炎、手术后伤口感染、产后脓毒病、脓毒性流产、子宫内膜炎以及敏感菌引起的其他感染。|5.用于预防各种手术后厌氧菌感染。
用法用量
1.毛滴虫病：|(1)急性毛滴虫病:一次性服药，成人一次1500mg(12粒)，晚饭后顿服，儿童25mg/公斤/天，一次顿服。|(2)慢性毛滴虫病:成人每次500mg(4粒)，每日二次，共五天。性伙伴应给予同样的治疗，以避免重复感染。|2.阿米巴虫病：|(1)阿米巴虫痢疾:成人及体重35公斤以上的儿童，每次1500mg(12粒)，晚饭后顿服，连服三天;体重60公斤以上者，每次1000mg(8粒)，每日两次，饭后口服，连服三天，体重35公斤以下儿童，40mg/公斤，一次顿服，饭后口服，连服三天。|(2)其他阿米巴虫病：成人及体重35公斤以上儿童，每次500mg(4粒)，每日二次，体重35公斤以下儿童，25mg/公斤，一次顿服，连服5―10天。|3.贾第鞭毛虫病：成人及体重35公斤以上的儿童，晚上顿服1500mg(12粒)，服药1―2天，体重35公斤以下儿童，40mg/公斤，一次顿服，服药1―2天。|4.厌氧菌感染：|(1)预防术后感染：手术前12小时口服1500mg(12粒)，以后每次500mg(4粒)，每日二次，服药至手术后3―5天。|(2)成人及体重35公斤以上的儿童，每次500mg(4粒)，每日二次，体重35公斤以下儿童，40mg/公斤，分二次口服。
不良反应
1 可见轻度副作用嗜睡、头痛、胃肠不适（包括恶心、呕吐）。|2 个别患者可见中枢神经系统障碍：如头痛、震颤、强直、癫痢发作、运动失调、疲劳、眩晕、意识短暂消失或周围神经病。|3 味觉障碍，肝功能异常和皮肤反应。
禁忌
对本品或硝基咪唑类药物过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1 中枢神经系统疾病患者如癫痢、多毛性硬化病慎用。|2 肝病疾病患者、酗酒者、脑损伤患者慎用。|3 妊娠及哺乳妇女慎有。|4 超过儿童使用剂量的儿童患者慎用。|5 可使本品作用增强或减弱的其他药物慎用。
贮藏
置阴凉干燥处保存。
