适应症
本品用于治疗急、慢性呼吸道疾病(如急、慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘? 肺气肿等)引起的咳嗽、痰液粘稠、排痰困难、喘息等症状。
用法用量
1.12岁以上儿童及成人：口服，一次20ml，一日2次。|(1)症状明显好转后可减至一次10ml，一日2～3次。|(2)对严重呼吸困难患者，最初2～3天，口服一次20ml，一日3次。|2.小儿（12岁以下）：口服，一次2.5～15ml，一日2次。根据年龄及体重调整剂量，请参考下表。 |(1)未满8个月，4～8kg，每次2.5ml。|(2)8个月～1岁，8 ～12kg，每次5.0ml。|(3)2～3岁，12～16kg，每次7.5ml。|(4)4～5岁，16 ～22kg，每次10.0ml。|(5)6～12岁，22～35kg，每次15.0ml。
不良反应
1.精神神经系统：偶见头痛手颤嗜睡不安头晕失眠四肢麻木等。|2.循环系统：偶见心悸心动过速血压升高心律不齐等。|3.过敏症：偶见过敏性皮疹且有部分特异体质患者中可发生全身性过敏表现为瘙痒支气管痉挛低血压虚脱症等此时应停药。|4.其它：偶见altast升高倦怠胃肠不适等。
禁忌
肥厚型心肌病患者，对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.甲状腺机能亢进症，高血压、心脏疾病（心功能不全、心律不齐等）?糖尿病、重度肾功能不全患者慎用。|2.曾有服用β2受体激动剂导致血清钾含量降低的报道，而黄嘌呤类药物、甾体类药物及利尿剂可能加剧β2受体激动剂降低血清钾的作用，合用时应特别注意。尤其在低氧血症时，血清钾的降低对心律的影响更大，应监测血清钾。|3.据报道，动物实验（大鼠）中，孕后期使用本品后，子宫平滑肌收缩受到抑制，从而引起分娩推迟。本品对胎儿的安全性尚不明确，因而孕妇尤其是妊娠3个月内的孕妇应慎用。本品可经乳汁排泄，哺乳期妇女应慎用。|4.由于老年人的身体机能降低，应注意减量。
