适应症
1.脑部血循环障碍如暂时性脑缺血发作,中风后遗症,脑缺血引起的脑功能障碍。
2.外周血循环障碍性疾病如血栓栓塞性脉管炎,腹部动脉血循环障碍,间歇性跛行或静息痛。
3.内耳循环障碍如突发性耳聋,老年性耳鸣及耳聋。
4. 眼部血循环障碍。
用法用量
静脉滴注。用时患者应处于平卧位。初次剂量为己酮可可碱100mg，于2-3小时内输入，最大滴速不可超过100mg/小时。根据患者耐受性可每次增加50mg，但每次用药量不可超过200mg，每日1-2次。最大剂量不应超过400mg/24小时。
不良反应
头晕、腹胀、腹泻、恶心、呕吐、过敏症状，严重者停药，个别人可能出现振颤、失眠等现象。
禁忌
急性心肌梗塞、严重冠状动脉硬化，脑出血和视网膜出血患者及孕妇禁用。
注意事项
1.禁用于已酮可可碱和甲黄嘌呤类药物过敏者，大出血，大面积视网膜出血，急性心梗。
2.慎用于严重冠脉硬化和脑动脉硬化伴有高血压，严重心律失常，严重低血压，严重肾功能损害。
3.妊娠及哺乳期不宜使用。
4.副作用：偶见胃肠道反应（恶心、呕吐、胃痛、腹痛、腹泻），偶见中枢神经系统反应（眩晕、头痛），个别出现皮肤过敏反应和全身过敏反应（面部潮红、心动过速、血压下降等）。
贮藏
遮光、密闭、温室保存。
