适应症
1.妇科：用于治疗宫颈糜烂、宫颈炎、各类阴道感染（如细菌、滴虫和霉菌引起的白带增多）、外阴瘙痒、及使用子宫托造成的压迫性溃疡、宫颈息肉切除或切片检查后的止血,尖锐湿疣及加速电凝治疗后的伤口愈合；还可用于乳腺炎的预防（乳头皲裂的烧灼）。|2.外科与皮肤科：用于皮肤伤口与病变的局部治疗（如烧伤、肢体溃疡、褥疮、慢性炎症等）,能够加速坏死组织的脱落,止血和促进愈合过程及用于尖锐湿疣的治疗。|3.耳鼻喉科：用于治疗口腔粘膜和齿龈的炎症、口腔溃疡及扁桃体切除后的止血。
用法用量
1. 妇科：用于阴道冲洗时，聚甲酚磺醛溶液应按1：5的比例以水稀释，而用于局部涂抹或敷贴时则无需稀释，通常烧灼每周进行1～2次。治疗前先彻底清洁宫颈及宫颈管，去除分泌物，为此可将浸有聚甲酚磺醛原液的棉签插入宫颈管，转动数次取出，然后再将浸有药液的纱布块轻轻敷贴于病变组织，持续1～3分钟。用于止血时，用浸有聚甲酚磺醛溶液（无需稀释）的棉片压于出血部位1～2分钟，即可达到止血目的。2. 外科，皮肤科与口腔科：为了终止伤口出血，可将浸有聚甲酚磺醛溶液的纱布块压在出血部位1～2分钟，止血后最好擦干残留药液。治疗局部烧伤，褥疮和肢体溃疡也可采用同样方法，以使其坏死组织易于脱落。这些病例若继续使用聚甲酚磺醛凝胶则疗效更佳，口腔粘膜与牙龈的病变，在使用聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗后必须彻底漱口。
不良反应
1. 本品有时出现局部刺激症状（如烧灼感或疼痛）。|2. 本品为高酸性物质，治疗口腔病变时，可能损伤牙釉质。
禁忌
孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1.本品为外用药,切忌内服。|2.经期停止治疗；治疗期间避免性生活。不要使用刺激性肥皂清洗患处。|3.本品会加速和增强修复过程,如果用药后出现坏死组织从病灶处脱落,有时甚至是大片脱落,无需惊恐。|4.本品应避免与眼部接触。|5.如果棉织物及皮革与该药液接触后,必须在其未干前立即用水洗净。|6.所有治疗用具使用后均应在水中浸泡（必要时加入1-2%的氢氧化钠）。|7.出现不良反应较严重时,应停药。
