适应症
本品为容积性导泻药；适用于成年患者外科手术前或肠镜、钡灌肠及其它肠道检查前的肠道清洁准备。
用法用量
口服；清洁一次肠道的用量为80片，请在医生指导下分两顿服用。具体用法如下：先于手术或肠镜检查的前一天晚上服用40片，每次6片，每次用约220ml～250ml的饮用水或清质饮料送服(最后一次为4片)，每隔15分钟服用一次；再于手术或肠镜检查前3～5小时同法服用40片。
不良反应
1、本品的主要不良反应(发生率大于1％)均与清肠作用有关，常见的有恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛、眩晕、头痛等，大多为一过性，患者能够耐受，不需进行特殊处理。2、与应用其它清肠剂相似，在镜检中可能观察到轻度肠粘膜溃疡、出血等现象。3、临床研究中发现，服用本品后，能够引起血中钙、磷和钾等电解质浓度的改变，但这些变化在临床研究中并没有观察到相应的临床症状及心电图改变。4、肾功能严重障碍、肠穿孔患者服用本品可能导致脱水性休克、严重的电解质平衡紊乱、心律失常等不良反应发生。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1、根据本品的作用机制，建议患者从服用本品前12小时开始，只食用澄清的液体。患者服用本品时，每40片应服用不少于1500ml水或清质饮料，否则，和使用其它导泻剂一样，可能导致过度的体液丢失和血容量下降。2、本品不得与其它导泻剂或灌肠剂，特别是磷酸盐类产品同时使用。3、在使用本品后的7天内不得再次进行肠道清洁处理。4、对肾功能不全、已存在电解质平衡紊乱的患者(如脱水或使用过利尿剂的患者)或正在服用可能导致电解质平衡紊乱的药物的患者慎用；血浆电解质异常的患者应在恢复电解质平衡后再使用本品。慢性炎性肠病患者急性发作期间对磷酸盐的吸收可能增加，宜慎用。5、与其它肠道清洁药物类似，服用本品可能导致结肠部位出现溃疡点，在镜检时应注意与炎性肠病相区别。6、在服用本品后的排泄物中或镜检时，可能会观察到尚未完全溶解的本品片剂或服用的其它药物片剂。7、本品与其它导泻剂和通便剂类药物一样，对患食欲异常亢进症患者有潜在的药物滥用可能性，因此本品需在医师指导下供成年人在手术或肠镜检查前依法使用。
