适应症
本品可作为全部营养来源或营养补充剂提供给无法正常进食的病人,尤其是不能耐受大容量喂养或需要高能量的病人。适用于以下情况:高分解代谢状况、液体入量受限(如心功能不全病人)、恶液质、厌食症、康复期、咀嚼或吞咽困难以及营养不良病人的术前准备。本品含丰富的膳食纤维,有利于维持患者肠道结构和功能,适于长期应用。
用法用量
本品通过管饲或口服使用,应按照患者体重和营养状况计算每日剂量。以本品为唯一营养来源的患者,一般能量需求:推荐剂量按体重一日20mL(30kcal)/kg;高能量需求:推荐剂量按体重一日30mL(45kcal)/kg。以本品补充营养的患者:根据患者需要1日使用约1瓶。管饲给药时,应逐渐增加剂量,第1天的速度约为1小时20mL。以后逐日增加1小时20mL,直至达到患者所需的每日剂量,最大滴速1小时125mL。通过重力或泵调整输注速度。
不良反应
输入过快或严重超量时,可能出现恶心、呕吐或腹泻等胃肠道反应。
禁忌
胃肠道功能衰竭、严重消化不良或吸收不良;肠梗阻、急性胰腺炎、腹膜炎;严重肝、肾功能不全;对本品所含营养物质有先天性代谢障碍者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品是高浓度营养液，使用过程中必须监测液体平衡。||2.本品含维生素K，对使用香豆素类抗凝剂的患者应注意药物相互作用。||3.使用前摇匀。有效期内使用。
贮藏
25℃以下，不得冰冻，密闭保存。开启后最多可在冰箱内（2~10℃）保存24小时。
