适应症
用于轻到中度头痛、发热，包括与感冒有关的发热。?注意：无医生指导，本品不可长期或大剂量服用。由于可能发生Reye氏综合征，本品只有在其它治疗无效时，才能在医生指导下用于患发热性疾病的儿童和青少年。
用法用量
分散口服或直接吞服。?用法：
1??分散口服，将分散片放入适量温开水中（约50-100ml），待分散均匀后服用；?
2??直接、服，将分散片（掰开）用适量温开水、服。剂量：除非另外注明，通常：?1??成人，每次剂量1-2片，若发热或疼痛不缓解可间隔4－6小时重复用药1次，每日剂量可达8片；?2??三岁以上儿童，每次剂量0.5-1.5片，若发热或疼痛不缓解可间隔4－6小时重复用药1次，每日剂量可达1-4片，或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1.可见恶心、呕吐、上腹不适。 |2.偶见胃肠道出血或溃疡。
禁忌
1.孕妇（特别是最后三个月）禁用。?|2.哮喘、枯草热或慢性呼吸道感染（尤其当合并枯草热样症状时）、鼻息肉、对水杨酸过敏以及对各种镇痛药和抗风湿药过敏的患者禁用。?|3.患者有异常增多的出血倾向时禁用。|4.伴有抗凝治疗（如：香豆素衍生物、肝素）、6―磷酸葡葡糖脱氢酶缺乏症、合用其它抗炎药/抗风湿药或其它致敏物质、患慢性或间歇性胃病或胃十二指肠溃疡、原有肾脏损害者禁用。
注意事项
1、无医生指导，本品不可长期或大剂量服用。?|2、哺乳期妇女慎用。如果哺乳期大剂量定期服用，应考虑提早断奶。|3、只有在医生建议和其它治疗无效时，本品才能用于患发热性疾病的儿童和青少年。如持续呕吐，提示有Reye氏综合征的可能（Reye氏综合征是一种罕见但潜在致命的疾病），应立即给予治疗。|4、对其它物质过敏者（如：皮肤反应、搔痒或荨麻疹）慎用。
贮藏
遮光，密封，25℃以下干燥处保存。
