适应症

1．脑部血循环障碍如暂时性脑缺血发作、中风后遗症、脑缺血引起的脑功能障碍;2．外周血循环障碍性疾病如血栓栓塞性脉管炎、腹部动脉血循环障碍、间歇性跛行或静息痛;3．内耳循环障碍如突发性耳聋、老年性耳鸣及耳聋;4．眼部血循环障碍。

用法用量

静脉滴注，溶于250-500ml0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液中。用时患者应平卧位，初次剂量为己酮可可碱100ml，于2-3小时内输入，最大滴速不可超过100mg/h。根据患者耐受性可每次增加50mg，常用剂量为每次100-200mg，每日1-2次，每次最大用药量不可超过300mg。

不良反应

1．常见的不良反应：恶心、头晕、头痛、厌食、腹胀、呕吐等，其发生率约在5%以上。2．较少见的不良反应有心血管系统：血压降低、呼吸不规则、水肿；神经系统的焦虑、抑郁和抽搐；消化系统的便秘、口干、口渴；皮肤血管性水肿、皮疹、指甲发亮；以及视力模糊、结膜炎、中央盲点扩大、味觉减退、唾液增多、白细胞减少、肌肉酸痛和体重改变等。3．偶见的不良反应有心绞痛、心律不齐；黄疸、肝炎、肝功能异常；血液纤维蛋白原降低和再生不良性贫血等。

禁忌

对己酮可可碱或其它甲磺嘌呤药物过敏者，脑出血患者及广泛视网膜出血者，急性心肌梗塞都昌病人，妊娠期，严重冠状动脉及脑血管硬化伴高血压者，严重的心律失常者禁用本品。

注意事项

低血压、血压不稳或肾功能严重失调患者慎用。

遮光，密闭保存。
