适应症
用于缓解中度以上疼痛。
用法用量
饭后口服，每次1～2片，每日三次，或遵医嘱。需依据临床症状调节用量，如全日用量超过240mg镇痛不佳时，请改用更强效的镇痛药。
不良反应
本品在国内进行临床研究多次给药的32例患者中，主要不良反应为便秘、恶心、呕吐、胃部不适、皮肤瘙痒。据国外报道，使用双氢可待因出现以下不良反应。严重不良反应：1)长期使用会产生药物依赖性。突然停药会产生戒断反应，如打喷嚏、流泪、出汗、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、腹痛、瞳孔散大、头痛、失眠、不安、妄想、震颤、全身肌肉、关节痛、呼吸急促等，因此停药应逐渐减少每日用量，观察患者症状的同时进行减量。2)呼吸抑制。因此，如出现气短、呼吸缓慢、不规则呼吸等呼吸异常现象时应终止给药，同时可给予麻药拮抗剂，如纳洛酮等。3)精神错乱。4)无气肺、支气管痉挛、喉头水肿。5)炎性肠道患者使用后，会出现麻痹性肠梗阻、中毒性巨结肠。其他不良反应：1）循环系统：心率不齐、血压变动、颜面潮红等。2）精神神经系统：困倦、眩晕、视力调节障碍、出汗等。3）消化系统：恶心、呕吐、便秘等。4）过敏反应：皮疹、瘙痒等。5）其他：排尿障碍。如服用本品中出现任何其他不良反应和/或事件，请与医生联络。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1、下列情况应慎重使用：1）心功能障碍者。2）呼吸功能障碍者。3）肝、肾功能障碍者。4）脑器质性病变者。5）处于休克状态者。6）代谢性酸中毒者。7）甲状腺机能低下者。8）肾上腺皮质机能低下者。9）既往有药物依赖史者。10）老年患者。（参见【老年患者用药】）11）身体衰弱者。12）因前列腺肥大所致的排尿障碍，尿道狭窄及尿路手术后者。13）器质性幽门狭窄、麻痹性肠梗阻及近期进行了胃肠道手术者。14）有抽搐既往史者。15）胆囊病变及胆结石者。16）严重的炎性肠道疾病者。2、本品长期使用会产生药物依赖性。3、使用本品会有困倦、眩晕等发生，因此，驾驶车辆和机械操作者应特别注意。
