适应症
本品适用于减轻或消除口、咽部小手术及口腔溃疡引起的疼痛。
用法用量
口腔含化，每次1片，每日不超过5片；每次含化间隔至少2小时。
不良反应
临床研究中，本品偶见中枢神经系统反应，如头昏，头晕，头痛等。
禁忌
1. 活动性消化性溃疡或出血者禁用。2. 对本品，乙酰水杨酸或其他非甾体抗炎药过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1. 消化性溃疡病史患者慎用。 2. 用本品期间出现眩晕或其他中枢神经系统不良反应时应避免驾驶车辆或操作机械。 3. 严重肝、肾疾病者慎用。 4. 本品因含钠，对限制钠盐摄入量的病人应慎用。 5. 血液系统异常、高血压、心脏病患者慎用。 6. 心、肾功能损害者正在应用利尿剂治疗、进行大手术后恢复期患者以及任何原因引起细胞外液丢失的患者应慎用本品。 7. 需长期治疗患者，应定期检查肝功能和血象。 8. 注意与锂制剂、地高辛制剂、保钾利尿剂、抗凝血剂、降糖药和氨甲喋呤等配合使用的剂量及不良反应。 9. 体重较低患者应降低用量。
