适应症
外生殖器和肛周尖锐湿疣。
用法用量
睡前将双手洗净，然后拆开包装袋，将咪喹莫特药膏挤在手指上，将药膏薄薄涂在疣的表面，轻轻按摩，使药膏渗入，涂完后弃去药袋，将手洗净。5%咪喹莫特乳膏剂，每周3次(隔日应用)，每次于临睡前使用一次，每次一袋，直到疣消失或最长用至16周。
不良反应
在临床对照实验中，最常报道的不良反应是局部皮肤和用药部位的反应；也有患者有全身反应。这些反应通常是轻至中度的，然而，在每周3次的治疗中也有报道出现严重不良反应的。每天1次疗法的副反应比1周3次的不良反应更多、更强烈。总的来说，在每周3次的疗法研究中，有1.2%（4/327）的患者因为局部皮肤或用药部位皮肤的反应而停止治疗。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
本品尚未进行治疗尿道.阴道.宫颈.直肠内的人类乳头瘤病毒感染的评估，因而不推荐用于这些情况的治疗。一般情况。局部常可见红斑.糜烂.表面脱落及水肿。如果出现严重的局部皮肤反应，应用温和的肥皂水洗去药物，皮肤反应消退后可继续治疗。没有应用其它药物治疗生殖器和肛周疣后，立即应用本品的临床经验，因此在任何先前使用药品或外科手术治疗生殖器/肛周疣后，伤口未愈合之前，并不推荐使用本品。本品有加重皮肤炎症的可能。给患者的讯息。应用本品的患者应注意以下的信息和说明，本品对生殖器和肛周疣传播的作用尚不知道。本品可能会损害避孕套和阴道隔膜，因此不主张同时使用。
1.遵医嘱使用该药。仅供外用，避免接触到眼睛。
2.治疗部位不能包扎。
3.当皮肤上有药物时应避免性接触（生殖器.肛周.口）。
4.建议使用本品6-10小时后，用温和肥皂或水清洗治疗部位。
5.患者用药部位或邻近部位皮肤出现诸如红斑.糜烂.皮肤脱落及水肿等局部反应是常见的。大多数反应是轻至中度的，若出现严重的皮肤反应应立即通知给医生。
6.未进行包皮环切的男性治疗包皮下疣时应将包皮翻起，并每天清洗。
7.患者应了解在治疗过程中可能会有新的疣出现，因为本品并不能治愈疣。

干燥，密封，避光。
