适应症

本品适用于预防和缓解支气管哮喘、与支气管和肺气肿有关的可逆性支气管痉挛患者。

用法用量

1.临用前取本品0.25mg用注射用水溶解，加入生理盐水100ml中，以0.0025mg/min的速度缓慢静脉滴注。|2.成人每日0.5～0.75mg，分2～3次给药。

不良反应

1.按所推荐的剂量，不良反应发生率低，多为轻度，可耐受，不影响继续治疗，主要症状有：中枢神经系统：震颤、神经质、头晕、头痛。|2.偶有嗜睡，心血管系统：心悸、心动过速，呼吸系统：可有胸部不适，呼吸困难少见。|3.偶有报道超敏反应及支气管痉挛发作，消化系统：恶心呕吐，全身表现：疲乏、面部潮红、出汗、注射局部疼痛。|4.偶见肝转氨酶升高和过敏性脉管炎。

禁忌

对拟交感神经胺和该药任何成份过敏者禁用。

注意事项

1.本品应慎用于对拟交感胺易感性增高者，如未经适当控制的甲亢患者。|2.β2受体激动剂有增高血糖作用，因此糖尿病患者用本品时，应特别注意控制血糖。|3.β2受体激动剂已成功用于严重缺血性心功能衰竭的急性治疗。但这类药物有致心律失常的可能性，应慎用。|4.高血压、癫痫患者慎用。|5.与其他拟交感神经药合用可加重副作用。|6.不宜与β肾上腺素受体阻滞剂合用。

贮藏

遮光，密闭，在阴凉处（不超过20℃）保存。
