适应症
本品用于异位性皮炎，慢性单纯性苔癣和过敏性接触性皮炎等皮肤病引起的成人轻度瘙痒的短期治疗。
用法用量
每日3次。每次涂布一薄层，且每次涂布面积不超过总体表面积的5%，两次使用需间隔4小时，总疗程为7天。不可使用密闭敷料，本品不得涂于口腔粘膜或阴道。
不良反应
1. 全身的不良反应一般为嗜睡，还可有口干、唇干、口渴、头痛、疲乏、头昏眼花、情感改变、味觉改变、恶心、焦虑和发热等。2. 局部的不良反应有烧灼感和/或刺痛感、瘙痒加重、湿疹加重、皮肤干燥、发紧、张力增高、感觉异常、水肿、激惹、脱屑和龟裂。
禁忌
1. 因为本品具有抗胆碱作用，而且外用后可在血中检出本品。因此对于未治疗的窄角性青光眼或有尿潴留倾向患者禁用。2. 心功能不全、心肌梗死恢复期、严重肝、肾损伤者以及有癫闲病史者禁用。3. 对三环类抗抑郁药过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1. 涂布面积不得超过体表面积的5%。 2. 为防止药物的蓄积。本品连续使用不得超过1周。 3. 局部皮肤不可有破损，否则会加速经皮吸收，且局部刺激明显。 4. 使用本品可能引起困倦，患者在用药期间不应从事驾驶、精密和危险工作．以防发生意外。 5. 本品只用于局部皮肤、不能用于眼部及粘膜部位。 6. 因使用本品可增强含酒精饮品的作用，故用药时应避免饮酒。 7. 如果出现严重嗜睡现象，可能有必要减少用药次数，用药剂量和/或减少用药体表面积或暂停用药。 8. 使用本品前至少两周应停用单胺氧化酶(MAO)抑制剂。 9. 用药部位不可使用密闭敷料。
