适应症
为疼痛二阶梯用药。
用法用量
口服，成人一次1-2粒，每日3-4次。或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1.较常见的不良反应为恶心、呕吐，上腹部不适或疼痛，长期或大量服用可能产生胃肠道出血或溃疡。
2.可能产生心理变态或幻想，呼吸及心率异常，耳鸣或听力下降，头晕、注意力不集中、烦躁不安、便秘。
3.少见的不良反应有惊厥，肌肉震颤，精神抑郁，肌肉强直和荨麻疹、皮疹、哮喘等过敏性反应以及肝肾功能损害。
禁忌
1.活动性溃疡病或其他原因引起的消化道出血以及其他压动性出血的患者禁用。
2.血友病或血小板减少症患者禁用。
3.有阿司匹林或其他非甾体抗炎药过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.有下列情况应慎用：有哮喘或其他过敏性反应时；葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺陷者；痛风；肝、肾功能减退，肝、肾功能不全或肝硬变患者；心功能不全或高血压患者；支气管哮喘；急腹症；胆结石；原因不明的腹泻；颅脑外伤、颅内病变和前列腺肥大患者。
2.长期使用可产生药物依赖性，连续使用超过5天应遵医嘱。
3.大剂量使用可产生肝、肾功能损害。
4.对诊断的干扰：对硫酸铜尿糖试验可出现假阳性，葡萄糖酶尿糖试验可发现假阴性；比色法测定血尿酸可假性升高；血小板及肝功能试验异常；凝血酶原时间延长；血钾，血清，胆固醇测定降低；放射免疫法测定血清甲状腺素及三碘甲状腺素降低；酚磺酞排泄测定减少；可干扰尿酮体测定、荧光法尿5-羟吲哚醋酸测定和尿香草基杏仁酸的测定。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
