适应症
1.主要用于治疗脑组织缺血、缺氧性疾病的神经元保护剂。 2.本品能提高血脑屏障通透性,有助于药物进入脑细胞内 (1)可用于治疗老年性脑萎缩及记忆力衰退; (2)可用于赖氨酸缺乏症,食欲不振、偏食、消瘦,能促进婴儿、儿童的正常生长发育,增强智力、可作为患有慢性疾病的儿童、成人和孕妇的辅助治疗; (3)调节体内氮代谢平衡,促进肝细胞的再生、修复; (4)增加机体免疫力。
用法用量
成人每日一次，每次250ml（3.0g），缓慢静脉滴注，20次为一疗程，或遵医嘱。
不良反应
?少数患者出现轻度胃肠反应。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
?急性缺血性脑血管病、高血氯、酸中毒及肾功能不全者慎用。
贮藏
避光、密闭，置阴凉处保存
