适应症
本品用于支气管哮喘，慢性支气管炎，阻塞性肺气肿或其他肺部疾患引起的支气管痉挛。
用法用量
临用前,取胶囊1粒放入专用吸入器的刺孔槽内,用手揿压两侧按钮,胶囊两端分别被细针刺孔,然后将口吸器放入唇间,用力吸气,药粉随吸入气流进入呼吸道。本品为吸入用胶囊型粉雾剂,胶囊仅供分装吸入的药粉用,并非口服胶囊。应在医生正确指导下使用,如果你不能理解这些说明书,请咨询药师、医师或护士。吸入前应确保胶壳两端已打孔。深呼气、将口接器放入唇间。缓慢、深吸气,听见胶壳在装置内旋转声音。并保持吸气数秒钟,然后缓慢呼气。如果一次超过1个剂量,则间隔2-3分钟,再重复上述操作。每次使用后应漱口。1. 成人:单次剂量范围25ｏ―500微克,4-6小时一次,严重病人,单剂量可增加至15ｏ0微克,24小时内最高吸入量不能大于12吸（5ｏ0微克/吸,即6mg）,需要多次吸入时,每吸间隔时间约2-3分钟。2. 儿童:指12岁以下5岁以上,用量遵医嘱。单次剂量范围250―500微克,4-6小时一次,严重病人,单剂量可增加至1000微克。24小时内最高吸入量不能大于8吸（5ｏ0微克/吸,即4mg）,需要多次吸入时,每吸间隔时间约2-3分钟。
不良反应
1. 不良反应一般轻微、用药后1-2周内会自动消失。2. 一般副反应有震颤、心跳加快、皮疹、头痛、肌肉痉挛、失眠和情绪变化、极罕见的是支气管痉挛（气道痉挛）。
禁忌
对本品及其它肾上腺素受体激动剂过敏者禁用。对本品及其他肾上腺素受体激动剂过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1. 本品慎用于拟交感胺易感性增高者：如甲亢未经适当控制者,由于β2激动剂有增高血糖的作用,因此糖尿病患者开始用本品时应额外控制血糖。β2激动剂已成功地用于严重缺血性心功能衰竭的急性治疗,但这类药物有致心律失常的可能性,因此个别肺部疾患病人治疗时须加考虑。2. 避免可能引发哮喘的环境,如：在寒冷、干燥的空气中锻炼,吸烟,尘埃环境中呼吸,以及暴露于过敏源（如宠物毛皮）中。3. 如果同时应用甾体类吸入剂,应先使用特布他林吸入剂以开放气道,再直接使用甾体类吸入剂。4. 如发现24小时的剂量超过你的平常用量,或超过最大哮喘治疗量,则应引起医生的注意。治疗需要量的增加,可能是严重哮喘发作的早期征兆。5. 保持吸入器清洁和干燥。6. 将本品放置在儿童不可触及处。
