适应症
1.组织脱水药。用于治疗各种原因引起的脑水肿,降低颅内压,防止脑疝。2.降低眼内压。可有效降低眼内压,应用于其他降眼内压药无效时或眼内手术前准备。3.渗透性利尿药。用于鉴别肾前性利尿因素或急性肾功能衰竭引起的少尿。亦可应用于预防各种原因引起的急性肾小管坏死。4.作为辅助性利尿措施治疗肾病综合征,肝硬化腹水。尤其是当伴有低蛋白血症时。5.对某些药物逾量或毒物中毒(如巴比妥类药物.锂.水杨酸盐和溴化物等),本药可促进上述物质的排泄,并防止肾毒性。
用法用量
静脉滴注，每次100～250ml，每日1～4次。可根据病情酌情使用。
不良反应
1.水和电解质紊乱最为常见。2.寒战.发热.过敏.口渴。3.排尿困难。4.血栓性静脉炎。5.外渗可致组织水肿,皮肤坏死。6.头晕.视力模糊。7.渗透性肾病。
禁忌
1.已确诊为急性肾小管坏死的无尿患者。2.严重失水者。3.活动性颅内出血者(颅内手术除外)。4.急性肺水肿或严重脑充血。5.糖尿病患者。6.过敏体质者。7.肾病患者。肌酐值大于正常者。
注意事项
滴注速度不宜过快，滴速为5～10ml/min，以免出现局部坏死；|若出现过敏现象，应立即停药，并给予对症处理；|若出现少尿、无尿等肾功能损伤的表现，应复查K、Na、Cl、BUN、Cr等，并采取相应措施，以免造成肾衰。|使用12小时后无尿者，应停用。|心功能不全者，应慎用。|用药期间应监测：①血压；②肾功能；③电解质浓度；④尿量。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
