适应症
本品主要用于急性颅脑外伤和脑手术后的意识障碍。
用法用量
静脉缓慢滴注。一日0.25～0.5g，5～10日为一疗程。
不良反应
本品耐受性好，偶可发生恶心、干呕、食欲不振、头疼、失眠、兴奋、灼烧感及暂时性血压下降。
禁忌
1. 对本品过敏者禁用;2. 糖尿病患者禁用。
注意事项
1. 对伴有脑出血、脑水肿和颅压增高的严重急性颅脑损伤患者慎用；2. 癫痫及低血压患者应慎用；3. 滴注速度应缓慢；4. 本品为含钠制剂，需低钠者应用时请注意。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
