适应症
可单独或联合其它抗高压药物治疗高血压。
用法用量
1.通常初始剂量为5mg（一片），一日1次，但老年、体弱、肝功能损害患者及联用其它抗高血压药物的患者，初始计量可为2.5mg（半片），一日1次。 2.剂量调整应根据患者个体的临床反应，最大剂量可增至10mg（二片），一日1次。 3.本品与噻嗪类利尿剂、β-受体阻滞剂和血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂合用时不需调整剂量。
不良反应
1.较常见的不良反应有头痛、水肿、疲劳、失眠、恶心、腹痛、面红、心悸和头晕。
2.较为少见的不良反应为心绞痛，低血压，心动过缓，体位性低血压、瘙痒、皮疹、呼吸困难，无力、肌肉痉挛和消化不良。
3.本品与其它钙拮抗剂相似，极少有心肌梗塞和胸痛的不良反应报道，而且这些不良反应不能与病人本身的基础疾病明确区分；尚未发现与本品有关的实验室检查参数异常。
禁忌
对二氢吡啶类钙拮抗剂过敏的病人禁用。
注意事项
1.肝功能受损病人：与其它所有钙离子阻滞剂相同，本品的半衰期在肝功能受损时延长，但尚未确定相应的推荐剂量，因此，在这种情况下使用本品应十分小心。
2.肾功能衰竭病人：本品广泛代谢为无活性代谢物，仅10%的药物以原形经尿液排泄，故血药浓度的改变与肾功能损害程度无相关性，肾功能损害患者可以采用正常剂量。本品不被透析。
3.本品如其它钙离子阻滞剂，可罕见有齿龈增生，多在治疗1-9月时发生，但停药后1-21周症状和增生可有改变。
4.外科手术前无须停药，但麻醉师须知道用此药治疗。
5.下列情况禁用：
(1)严重低血压；
(2)主动脉瓣狭窄。
