适应症
用于治疗各种癌性疼痛、手术后疼痛。
用法用量
肌注剂量为1-2mg，如需要，每3-4小时，可重复给药一次，没有充分的临床资料推荐单剂量超过4mg。或遵医嘱。
不良反应
主要为嗑睡、头晕、恶心和/或呕吐。发生率在1%或以上，考虑可能与酒石酸布托啡诺有关的不良反应报告：全身：虚弱、头痛、热感。心血管系统：血管舒张、心悸。消化系统：厌食、便秘、口干、胃痛。神经系统：焦虑、意识模糊、欣快感、飘浮、失眠、神经质、感觉异常、震颤。呼吸系统：支气管炎、咳嗽、呼吸困难、鼻出血、鼻充血、鼻刺激、咽炎、鼻炎、鼻窦炎、鼻窦充血、上呼吸道感染。皮肤：多汗/湿冷，瘙痒。特殊感觉：视力模糊、耳痛、耳鸣、味觉异常。发生率在1%以下考虑可能与酒酸布托啡诺有关的不良反应报告。心血管系统：低血压、晕厥。神经系统：异梦、焦虑、幻觉、敌意、药物戒断症状。皮肤：皮疹/风团。泌尿系统：排尿障碍。
禁忌
1、对本品或本品中其它成分过敏者禁用。
2、因阿片的拮抗特征，本品不宜用于依赖那可汀的患者。
3、年龄小于18岁患者禁用。
注意事项
1、对于重复使用麻醉止痛药，且对阿片耐受的病人慎用。2、脑损害和颅内压升高的患者慎用或不用。3、肝肾疾病患者初始剂量时间时隔应延长到6-8小时，直至反应很好，随后的剂量随病人反应调整而不是按给药方案固定给药。4、对有心肌梗塞、心室功能障碍、冠状动脉功能不全的患者慎用。发生高血压时，应立即停药。5、本品可致呼吸抑制，尤其是同时服用兴奋CNS药或患有CNS疾病或呼吸功能缺陷的患者，慎用。6、服用本品时，禁止喝酒。啮齿动物短期给本品后的身体依赖性潜力低于吗啡后镇痛新，但据近年报告，无论是动物还是人长期、频繁、大量使用酒石酸布托啡诺也会产生身体依赖性和滥用。

避光，室温保存。
