适应症
1．脑部血液循环障碍如暂时性脑缺血发作、中风后遗症、脑缺血引起的脑功能障碍；2．外周血循环障碍性疾病如血栓栓塞性脉管炎、腹部动脉血循环障碍、间歇性跛行或静息痛；3．内耳循环障碍如突发性耳聋、老年性耳鸣及耳聋；4．眼部血循环障碍如糖尿病性视网膜动脉栓塞。
用法用量
静脉滴注。用时患者应处于平卧位。初次剂量为己酮可可碱100mg，于2-3小时内输入，最大滴速不可超过100mg/小时。根据患者耐受性可每次增加50mg，但每次用药量不可超过200mg，每日1-2次。最大剂量不应超过400mg/24小时。
不良反应
1．常见的不良反应有：恶心、头晕、头痛、厌食、腹胀、呕吐等，其发生率约在5%以上。2．较少见的不良反应有心血管系统：血压降低，呼吸不规则，水肿；神经系统的焦虑、抑郁、抽搐；消化系统的厌食、便秘、口干、口渴；皮肤的血管性水肿、皮疹、指甲发亮；以及视力模糊、结膜炎、中央盲点扩大，味觉减退，唾液增多，白细胞减少，肌肉酸痛，体重改变等。3．偶见的不良反应有心绞痛，心律不齐；黄疸，肝炎，肝功能异常，血液纤维蛋白原降低，再生不良性贫血等。
禁忌
对己酮可可碱过敏者，脑出血患者及广泛视网膜出血者，急性心肌梗塞病人，妊娠期，严重冠状动脉及脑血管硬化伴高血压者，严重的心律失常者禁用本品。
注意事项
低血压、血压不稳或肾功能严重失调患者以及需低钠者慎用。
贮藏
遮光、密闭保存。
