适应症
本品主要用于治疗各种类型的抑郁症和伴有抑郁症状的焦虑症以及药物依赖者戒断后的情绪障碍。
用法用量
剂量应该从低剂量开始，逐渐增加剂量并观察治疗反应。有昏睡出现时，须将每日剂量的大部分分配至睡前服用或减量。服药第一周内症状即有所缓解，两周内出现较佳抗抑郁效果，通常需要服药两周至四周才出现最佳疗效。建议成人初始剂量每日50～100mg(1～2片)，分次服用，然后每三至四天可增加50mg(1片)。门诊病人一般每口200mg(4片)为宜。住院病人较严重者剂量可较大。最高剂量不超过每天400mg(8片)，分次服用。长期使用的维持剂量保持在最低剂量。一旦有足够的疗效，可逐渐减量。一般建议起效后疗程应持续数月。
不良反应
常见不良反应为嗜睡、疲乏、头昏、失眠、紧张和震颤等;以及视物模糊、口干、便秘。少见体位性低血压(进餐时同时服药可减轻)?心动过速、恶心、呕吐和腹部不适。极少数病人出现肌肉骨骼疼痛和多梦。临床研究中曾报道一些不良反应可能与盐酸曲唑酮的使用有关：静坐不能、过敏反应、贫血、胃胀气、排尿异常、性功能障碍和月经异常等。但见之于为数甚少的患者。
禁忌
对盐酸曲唑酮过敏者禁用，肝功能严重受损、严重的心脏疾病或心律失常者禁用，意识障碍者禁用。
注意事项
1. 执行有潜在危险任务(如开车或开机器)者，用药期间须加小心。
2. 盐酸曲唑酮应在餐后服用，禁食条件或空腹服药可能会使头晕或头昏增加。
3. 盐酸曲唑酮和全麻药的相互作用了解甚少，因而在择期手术前，盐酸曲唑酮应在临床许可的情况下尽早停用。
4. 服用盐酸曲唑酮的病人偶尔会出现白细胞总数和中性粒细胞计数减低，若白细胞计数低于正常范围，则应该停药观察。对于在治疗期间出现发热或咽喉疼痛或其他感染症状的病人，建议检查白细胞及分类计数。
5. 癫痫患者、肝肾功能不良者慎用。
贮藏
遮光、密闭保存。
