适应症
治疗围绝经期和绝经后妇女性激素缺乏综合症。
用法用量

不良反应
主要不良反应为乳房胀痛及不规则出血，偶见恶心、呕吐、肠胀气等不良反应。皮肤反应、胆石症、喘息、脱发、偏头痛和血栓性静脉炎很少发生。乳腺痛、血栓栓塞性疾病和肝功能异常也曾有报道。长期服用可引起水钠潴留。如出现严重不良反应，应停药，或遵医嘱。
