适应症

1.高血压危象,重度和极重度高血压以及难治性高血压,围手术期高血压. 2.肺动脉高压. 3.充血性心力衰竭:主要用于治疗高血压性心脏病、冠状动脉硬化性心脏病、扩张性心肌病、肾性高血压或肾透析时等引起的急性左心衰或慢性心衰病.

用法用量

1.冲击量: 首剂12.5mg－25mg缓慢(3分钟) 静脉推注. 2.维持量: 100～400μg/min 或2～12μg/kg体重(乌拉地尔25～50mg入5%葡萄糖溶液250ml) 静滴.

不良反应

使用本品后，病人可能出现头痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐、出汗、烦躁、乏力、心悸、心律不齐、上胸部压迫感或呼吸困难等症状，其原因多为血压降得太快所致，通常在数分钟内即可消失，病人勿需停药。过敏反应少见(如骚痒、皮肤发红、皮疹等)极个别症例在口服本药时出现血小板计数减少，但血清免疫学研究尚未证实其因果关系。

禁忌

主动脉狭窄或动静脉分流患者(血液动力学无效的透析分流除外)禁用。

注意事项

如果本品不是最先使用的降压药，那么在使用本品之前应间隔相应的时间，使前者显示效应，必要时调整本药的剂量。血压骤然下降可能引起心动过缓甚至心脏停搏。

贮藏

避光，密闭保存。密封。凉暗处保存。
