适应症
全身麻醉诱导及维持。
用法用量
吸入麻醉异氟烷的雾化器要严格校准以使能准确控制投入的麻醉剂的浓度。异氟烷的MAC值随年龄而改变，不同年龄组的平均MAC值如下： 年龄在纯氧中MAC平均值（%） 0-1月1.60 1-6月1.87 6-12月1.80 1-5岁1.60 中位数：20岁组1.28 中位数：40岁组1.15 中位数：60岁组1.05 1．麻醉诱导：建议起始吸入浓度为0.5%，7--10分钟逐渐增至1.5-3.0%，即进入麻醉期。 2．麻醉维持： 外科手术：可用1.0-2.5%的异氟烷和氧/氧化亚氮混合气体混合吸入，若单独与氧气混合吸入时，则本品浓度应增加0.5-1.0%。 剖腹产：与氧/氧化亚氮混合气体混合吸入时，本品浓度为0.5-0.75%为最合适。
不良反应
偶有心律失常，白细胞数增加。诱导时出现咳嗽、刺激喉痉挛，可发生呼吸抑制及低血压；复苏期的寒颤、恶心及呕吐。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1、使用本品麻醉的深度极易发生变化，应使用雾化器以精确设定及控制药物输出。
2、本品对呼吸有抑制作用，故术前用药应视患者具体情况而定。一般多选用抗胆碱类药物。
3、象其他卤素麻醉剂一样，异氟烷可引起血压下降和呼吸抑制，要密切注意血压和呼吸的变化。
4、麻醉维持期间血压明显下降与麻醉加深有关，发生此现象应降低吸入浓度。
5、颅内压增高者慎用。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，在阴凉处（不超过20℃）保存。
