适应症
中枢性肌肉松弛药。用于改善下列疾病的肌紧张状态、颈背肩臂综合症，肩周炎，肩关节周围炎，腰痛症;用于改善下列疾病所致的痉挛性麻痹、脑血管障碍，痉挛性脊髓麻痹，颈椎病，手术后遗症(包括脑，脊髓肿瘤)，外伤后遗症(脊柱、脊髓损伤，颈部脊髓损伤，头部外伤)，肌萎缩性侧索硬化症，婴儿大脑性轻瘫，脊髓小脑变性症，脊髓血管障碍，亚急性脊髓神经症(SMON)及其它脑脊髓疾病。
用法用量
饭后口服。通常成人一次一片，一日三次。或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1. 出现下列不良反应时应停止用药:休克、肝功能异常、肾功能异常、血液学检查异常(包括红细胞数、血红蛋白值)。
2. 可能出现下列不良反应:皮肤:皮疹、瘙痒等。精神神经:失眠、头痛、困倦、身体僵硬、四肢麻木、知觉减退、四肢发颤等。消化系统:恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、胃部不适、口干、便泌、腹泻、腹痛、腹胀等，偶有口腔炎。泌尿系统:尿闭、尿失禁、尿不尽感等。全身症状:四肢无力、站立不稳、全身倦怠，偶有头晕、肌紧张减退等。其它:颜面热感、出汗等。
禁忌
严重肝、肾功能障碍者，伴有休克者，哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1. 肝功能障碍患者，孕妇慎用。
2. 若出现四肢无力，站立不稳，嗜睡等症状时，应减少或停止用药。
3. 用药期间不宜从事驾驶车辆等危险性机械操作。
4. 用药期间应注意观察血压，肝功能，肾功能与血象的情况。
贮藏
密封、阴凉干燥处保存。
