适应症
本品适用于子痫，先兆子痫，痉挛，惊厥，中重度妊娠高血压综合症等。
用法用量
静脉缓慢滴注，一次100ml（含硫酸镁1g）至250ml（含硫酸镁2.5g），一日用量根据病情而定。
不良反应
1. 静脉滴注过快可引起血压下降，呼吸骤停。2. 肾功能不全，用药剂量大，可发生血镁积聚，随着血镁浓度的升高可出现兴奋性降低，感觉反应迟钝，膝腱反射消失，呼吸抑制至呼吸停止和心律失常，心跳停止等。3. 连续使用本品可引起便秘，个别病人可出现麻痹性肠梗阻，停药后好转。偶见血钙降低。少数孕妇出现肺水肿。4. 镁离子可通过胎盘，造成新生儿高镁血症，表现为肌张力低等现象。 静脉滴注过快可引起血压下降，呼吸骤停。其他详见说明书。 5. 静脉滴注过快可引起血压下降，呼吸骤停。
禁忌
严重心、肾功能不全及对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1. 肾功能不全，低血压，呼吸衰竭者慎用。2. 每次用药前和用药过程中应定时做膝腱反射检查，确定呼吸次数，观察排尿量，测定血镁浓度。如出现膝腱反射明显减弱或消失，或呼吸次数每分钟少于14～16次，每小时尿量少于25～30ml或24小时少于600ml，应及时停药。3. 用药过程中突然出现胸闷，胸痛，呼吸急促，应及时诊断，及早发现肺水肿。4. 如出现急性镁中毒现象，常用10％葡萄糖酸钙10ml缓慢注射以解救。5. 孕妇用药后应检测胎儿心率，且分娩后2小时以内不得给药。 注意：严重心，肾功能不全及对本品过敏者禁用；肾功能不全，低血压，呼吸衰竭者慎用。其他详见说明书。 注意：严重心，肾功能不全及对本品过敏者禁用；肾功能不全，低血压，呼吸衰竭者慎用。
