适应症
绝经后乳腺癌，特别是他莫昔芬耐药的患者。
用法用量
口服，开始剂量25mg，每天1次，饭后服用，一般服药到病变进展。根据患者的反应可适当增加剂量，但一般不宜超过每天200mg。
不良反应
1.内分泌失调：多汗、潮热、肌肉疼痛、下肢水肿。长期大剂量服药可出现轻度男性化。|2.神经精神症状：精神抑郁、厌食、失眠等。|3.消化道症状：恶心、呕吐、腹痛、便秘等。|4.其他：极少数可出现高血压、感冒综合征、咳嗽、气促等症。
禁忌
1.对本品过敏者。|2.孕妇及哺乳期妇女、儿童禁用。
注意事项
有以下情况者慎用：|1.心血管疾病或高脂血症。|2.胃肠道疾病。|3.肝肾功能不全(中至重度)。|4.绝经前妇女。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
