适应症
本品属于抗代谢类抗肿瘤药物。适用于肝癌、直肠癌、食道癌、胃癌、乳腺癌和肺癌等。对无法手术切除的原发性肝癌疗效显著。
用法用量
1.本品每瓶用2.5ml的注射用水溶解制成，每1ml约含氟脲苷100mg的溶液，使用时以5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠注射液适当稀释。 2.治疗肝癌以肝动脉插管给药疗效较好，每次250-500mg，每疗程用量遵医嘱。 3.静脉滴注:一般按体重一次15mg/kg，一日一次，滴注2-8小时，连续使用5天，以后剂量减半，隔日一次，直至出现毒性反应。出现不良反应应停药，待副作用消退后，再继续用药。只要该药对患者仍然有效，则应继续用药。
不良反应
本品不良反应通常与局部动脉灌注并发症相关。通常表现为恶心、呕吐、腹泻、肠炎、口炎和局限性红斑。
1.常见实验性异常为:
贫血,白细胞减少,碱性磷酸激酶、血清转氨酶、血清胆红素和乳酸脱氢酶升高,大多在继续用药或减量、停药后恢复正常。
2.其它不良反应有:
(1)胃肠道:十二指肠溃疡、十二指肠炎、胃炎、出血、胃 肠炎、舌炎、咽炎、厌食、痉挛、腹痛,还有可能有肝胆硬化。
(2)皮肤病:脱发、非特异性皮肤毒性、皮疹。
(3)心血管:心肌局部缺血。
3.各种临床反应:发烧、嗜睡、身体不适、虚弱。
4.局部动脉灌注所引起的并发症:动脉瘤、动脉局部缺血、动脉血栓、栓塞、纤维肌炎、血栓性静脉炎、肝坏死、脓肿、导管感染、导管出血、导管阻塞、渗漏。
禁忌
1.对本品有严重过敏症状既往史的患者禁用。
2.骨髓功能抑制的患者禁用。
3.孕妇禁用。
4.营养不良患者禁用。
5.有潜在重度感染者禁用。
注意事项
1.由于本品有严重的毒性反应，患者首次用药必须住院治疗。
2.肝肾功能受损、有高剂量骨盆照射史或用过烷化试剂的患者使用本品时应给予特别注意。
3.本品不作为手术治疗的辅助用药。
4.孕妇使用本品可能会有致命的伤害。
5.任何加重病人压力、阻碍营养吸收和降低骨髓功能的联合用药均会增强氟脲苷的毒性。
6.应小心监控白细胞和血小板计数。
7.溶解后的氟脲苷在2-10℃下至多保存两周。
