适应症
适用于敏感细菌引起的下列感染: 1.上呼吸道感染:包括化脓性链球菌引起的咽炎、扁桃体炎;肺炎链球菌、嗜血流感杆菌(包括产B-内酰胺酶的菌株)、卡他莫拉菌(包括产B-内酰胺酶的菌株)或化脓性链球菌菌引起的急性细菌性中耳炎:肺炎链球菌或嗜血流感杆菌(仅为非产B-内酰胺酶的菌株)引起的急性细菌性上颌窦炎等。 2.下呼吸道感染:包括肺炎链球菌、嗜血流感杆菌(B-内酰胺酶阴性株)或副嗜血流感杆菌(B-内酰胺酶阴性株)引起的慢性气管炎急性细菌性感染和急性支气管炎的继发细菌感染等。 3.泌尿道感染:包括大肠杆菌或肺炎克雷伯菌引起的单纯性泌尿道感染; 由产生青霉素酶或不产生青霉素酶的淋病奈瑟氏球菌株引起的单纯性淋病(如尿道炎和子宫颈炎),以及不产生青霉素酶的淋病奈瑟氏球菌株引起的女性单纯性淋病性直肠炎等。 4.皮肤和软组织感染:包括金黄色葡萄球菌(包括产B-内酰胺酶的菌株)或化脓性链球菌引起的单纯性皮肤和软组织感染,以及由金黄色葡萄球菌(包括产B-内酰胺酶的菌株)或化脓性链球菌引起的脓疱病等。 5.其他:由博氏疏螺旋体引起的早期Lyme病(游走性红斑)等。
用法用量
口服:本品可直接口服，也可每包加入10-15门，温开水中搅拌均匀后服用。成人一般每次0.25g(2包)，每日二次，一般的疗程为5-10天。重症感染或怀疑是肺炎时，每次0.5g(4包)，每日两次:一般泌尿道感染，每次0.125g(1包)，每日两次，对无并发症的淋病患者推荐剂量为1g(8包)，单次服用。儿童一般用量为每次0.125g(1包)，每日两次，对于小于两岁的中耳炎患者，每次0.125g(1包)每日两次;对于大于2岁的中耳炎患者，每次0.2.g(2包)，每日两次。大于12岁的儿童患者，使用剂量同成人。对注射头孢呋辛钠治疗获得一定疗效，尚需继续治疗的患者，可改为口服本品治疗。
不良反应
本品主要不良反映包括消化系统反应和头痛等。
禁忌
对头孢菌素类抗生素过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品与青霉素类或头霉素类（cephamycins）有交叉过敏反应，因此对青霉素类、青霉素衍生物、青霉胺及头霉素类过敏者慎用。
2.肾功能减退及肝功能损害者慎用。
3.有胃肠道疾病史者，特别是溃疡性结肠炎、局限性肠炎或抗生素相关性结肠炎者慎用。
4.长期服用本品可致菌群失调，引发继发性感染。如发生轻度假膜性肠炎，停药即可，但对于中、重度假膜性肠炎患者，须对症处理并给予抗艰难梭菌的抗菌药物。
5.本品应于餐后服用，以增加吸收，提高血药浓度，并减少胃肠道反应。
6.本品应吞服，不可嚼碎。
7.对实验室检查指标的干扰：抗球蛋白（Coombs）试验可出现阳性；硫酸铜尿糖试验可呈假阳性，但葡萄糖酶试验法不受影响；高铁氰化物血糖试验可呈假阴性，但葡萄糖酶试验法和抗坏血酸氧化酶试验法不受影响；血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶和血尿素氮可升高；采用Jaffe反应进行血清和尿肌酐值测定时可有假性增高。
贮藏
密封，在阴凉（不超过20℃）干燥处保存。
