适应症
支气管哮喘，喘息型支气管炎。
用法用量
口服，一次1片，一日2次。
不良反应
头疼、恶心、呕吐、失眠、心悸，少见的不良反应有消化不良。
禁忌
1.对本品成分或其它肾上腺素受体激动剂过敏者慎用。|2.活动性消化性溃疡和未经控制的惊厥性病患者禁用。
注意事项
1.与其他茶碱缓释剂一样，本品不适用于哮喘发作状态或急性支气管痉挛发作的患者。|2.茶碱制剂可致心律失常和（或）使原有的心律失常恶化；患者心率和（或）节律的任何改变均应进行检测和研究|3.低氧血症、高血压、冠状动脉供血不足，糖尿病、甲状腺机能亢进、消化溃疡病史的患者慎用本品。|4.虽然茶碱偶可在肠胃道引起局部刺激，但肠胃道症状常为中枢性的同时往往发生于血药浓度超过20μg/ml。|5.由于本品中含有沙丁胺醇，故长期使用可形成耐药性，不仅疗效降低，且有加重哮喘的危险。同时应用其他肾上腺素受体激动剂者，其作用可增加，不良反应也可能加重。
