适应症
本品适用于不宜或无法口服治疗的高血压病人的短期治疗。为了能够长期控制血压，只要临床情况允许，病人应改为口服治疗。
用法用量
静脉滴注法。滴注前以葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液稀释0.1mg/ml的浓度缓慢连续输注，在室温下，稀释溶液可稳定放置24小时。不能与碳酸氢钠(5%)注射液或乳酸林格注射液配伍。未使用过该药物的病人开始治疗时，血压降低的时间过程依赖于输注的起始速度和给药次数。为了逐渐降压，开始治疗时以50ml/小时(5.0mg/小时)的速度滴注。如果在该剂量下未获得满意的降压效果，那么输注速度可每15分钟增加25ml/小时(2.5mg/小时)，最大增至150mg/小时(15.0mg/小时)，直至获得满意的降压效果。为了更快地降压，开始治疗时，以50ml/小时(5.0mg/小时)的速度滴注。如果在该剂量下未获得满意的降压效果，那么输注速度可每5分钟增加25ml/小时(2.5mg/小时)，最大增至150mg/小时(15.0mg/ 小时)，直至获得满意的降压效果。获得目的血压后，输注速度应减至30ml/hr小时(3.0mg/hr小时)。
不良反应
常见的有：头痛、低血压、心动过速、恶心、呕吐、等少见的有发烧、颈痛、心绞痛、房室传导阻滞、ST段下降、T波倒置、深静脉血栓静脉炎、消化不良、血小板减少、血磷酸盐过少，外周性水肿、意识模糊，颅压过高、呼吸障碍、结膜炎、听觉障碍，耳鸣、尿频等。
禁忌
1? 对尼卡地平过敏者禁用。 2? 患有严重主动脉瓣狭窄的病人禁用。 3? 患有嗜铬细胞瘤的高血压病人，使用盐酸尼卡地平注射液治疗的临床经验是有限的，因此这些病人用药时应小心。4? 为了使外周静脉刺激的危险降低到最小，建议每12小时改变一次注射部位。 5? 患有肝功能损伤或肝血流量减少的病人应小心用药。建议使用较低的剂量。 6? 患有中度肾功能损伤的轻度至中度高血压病人，慎用。 7? 对充血性心衰的病人来说，盐酸尼卡地平注射液与-阻滞
注意事项
1? 盐酸尼卡地平注射液可产生瞬间低血压症状。患有脑梗塞或脑出血的病人用药时应小心，避免产生系统性低血压。 2? 患有冠状动脉疾病的病人使用盐酸尼卡地平注射液治疗时，低于1％的病人诱发或加重心绞痛。
