适应症

本品属氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物，适用于肠杆菌科细菌如肺炎克雷伯杆菌、变形杆菌、沙门氏菌、大肠埃希氏菌、甲氧西林敏感葡萄球菌等敏感菌引起的中、重度呼吸系统、泌尿系统、消化系统以及皮肤软组织感染、败血症、妇科感染等。

用法用量

避光静脉缓慢滴注，成人每次0.2-0.4g，加入5%葡萄糖溶液250ml中静滴，每日一次，或遵医嘱。

不良反应

1.常见的不良反应为胃肠道反应，如:恶心、呕吐、腹泻、便秘，其次为中枢神经系统反应，表现为失眠、头痛、头晕、烦燥等。|2.亦可引起皮肤光过敏、静脉炎、皮疹、皮肤瘙痒、心慌、痉挛、迷失方向及幻觉等，程度大多轻微。

禁忌

对本品或喹诺酮类药物过敏的患者、孕妇、哺乳期妇女?18岁以下患者及癫痫患者禁用。

注意事项

1.本品忌与生理盐水或葡萄糖盐水并用。|2.明显肝肾功能损害者慎用。|3.本品不宜与其他药物混合使用。|4.本品静脉滴注速度不宜过快，每l00ml滴注时间至少为 45 - 60分钟。|5.在治疗过程中以及最后一次用药三天之内，避免阳光浴和人工紫外线照射。

避光、密闭保存。
