适应症
1.适用于治疗急进型或高血压危象需迅速降压者及稳定型心力衰竭者，尤适用于处于昏迷状态及因各种原因不能口服给药的患者。|2.本品不降低脑血流，故亦适用于因血压下降可能使脑供血不足带来危险的患者。
用法用量
1.本品仅供静脉注射，单次注射1.25mg与20ml氧化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液混合使用，推注时间不应少于5分钟.|2.使用本品后若血压下降程度不够满意，可每6小时重复用药，每天最大剂量不宜超过10mg.
不良反应
1.偶有眩晕、头痛、困倦、嗜睡、疲劳、口干、口腔粘膜过敏、食欲减退、上腹部不适、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、心悸、胸闷、低血压、咳嗽，皮疹、瘙痒、尿糖、GPT升高、天冬氨酸转氨酶及丙氨酸转氨酶升高、血管神经性水肿等，必要时减量。|2.如出现白细胞减少，需停药.|3.本品不含巯基，因而味觉障碍罕见.
禁忌
1.对本品过敏、双侧肾动脉狭窄者禁用。|2.严重肾功能减退者宜减量慎用。|3.低血压患者禁用
注意事项
1.严重肝、肾功能不全、孕妇、乳母、小儿慎用。|2.为防血压急剧下降，应从小剂量开始。血压正常的充血性心力衰竭患者用药后出现低血压，应减量或停药。与潴钾类利尿剂、钾盐和含钾药物合用可引起高血钾症，应监测血钾。|3.与交感神经阻断药和神经节阻滞药合用应谨慎。|4.β受体阻滞剂能增强本品降压作用。|5.定期检查白细胞和肾功能。
