适应症
本品用于改善骨质疏松症的骨量减少。
用法用量
通常成人一次1片(200mg)，一日3次，饭后口服。此剂量应根据年龄及患者的症状进行调整。
不良反应
?罕见：不良反应发生率少于0.1%;偶见：少于0.1-5%;常见：5%以上。
1.重要的不良反应：
(1)消化性溃疡、胃肠道出血：罕见出现消化性溃疡、胃肠道出血或恶化症状。当出现这种情况时，应立即停药，并给予适当的处理。故有消化道溃疡以及有消化道溃疡病史者应慎用。
(2)黄疸：罕见出现黄疸，故应密切观察。如有异常状况，立即停用该药，并进行适当处理。
2.其他不良反应：
(1)过敏反应：出疹、瘙痒等症状偶见，此时应停止用药。
(2)消化器官：偶见恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、胃部不适、烧心、腹痛、腹部胀满、腹泻、便秘、口腔炎、口干、舌炎、味觉异常等。
(3)神经系统：偶见眩晕、轻微头晕、罕见头痛等。
(4)血液：罕见粒细胞减少，偶见贫血等。
(5)肝脏：偶见胆红素GOT?GPT?ALP?LDH上升，罕见Y-GTP上升。
(6)肾脏：罕见尿素氮、肌酐上升。
(7)其他：罕见男子女性型乳房，若此情况出现，应停止用药。罕见舌唇麻木，偶见浮肿、不适。
禁忌
1.对本品过敏者禁用。
2.低钙血症患者忌用。
注意事项
1.本品的用药对象为确认为骨质疏松症的患者。
2.本品在给予高龄患者长期应用时，用药过程中应仔细观察患者的情况，若出现消化系统的不良反应症状时，要进行适当处理。
3.重度食道炎、胃炎、十二指肠炎、溃疡病和胃肠功能紊乱患者慎用。
4.中重度肝、肾功能不全患者慎用。
5.服药期间需补钙。
6.对男性骨质疏松症无用药经验。
