适应症
本品用于预防和治疗支气管哮喘，过敏性哮喘及过敏性鼻炎。
用法用量
喷吸前先摇匀液体。气雾吸入，每次1~2揿，每日3～4次。
不良反应
偶有排尿困难；气雾吸入可致刺激性咳嗽。
禁忌
对本品及氟里昂过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1. 由于本品系预防性地阻断肥大细胞脱颗粒，而非直接舒张支气管，因此对于支气管哮喘病例应在发病季节之前2～3周提前用药。2. 极少数人在开始用药时出现哮喘加重，此时可先吸入少许扩张支气管的气雾剂，如沙丁胺醇。3. 不要中途突然停药，以免引起哮喘复发。4. 肝肾功能不全者慎用。5. 本品起效较慢，需连用数日甚至数周后才起作用，故对正在发作的哮喘无效。6. 首次使用或用后放置一周以上再使用时，应先向空气中试喷。如遇喷不出情况，请确认使用是否正确或检查助动器喷孔是否堵塞。7. 连续使用数次后，须取下助动器，用温水浸泡冲洗，擦净晾干后重新安装，以防助动器喷孔堵塞。8. 本品系受压容器，严禁受热，撞击或在瓶上戳刺，即使将药用完也应避免。9. 请将此药品放在儿童不能接触的地方。

密闭，在阴凉处保存。
