适应症
用于预防和治疗地方甲状腺肿。
用法用量
学龄前儿童服用一次2～3丸（0.2～0.3g），学龄期至成人服用4～6丸（0.4～0.6g），每1～2年服1次。
不良反应
1.偶见碘过敏反应，在给药方后即刻或数小时发生，主要表现为血管神经性水肿、呼吸道黏膜刺激、肿胀和分泌物增多等症状。2.碘化油对组织刺激轻微，一般不引起局部症状，但进入支气管可刺激黏膜引起咳嗽，析出游离碘后刺激性增大，且易发生碘中毒。 3.碘剂可促使结核病灶恶化。 4.本品进入肺泡、腹腔等组织内可引起异物反应，生成肉芽肿。 5.子宫输卵管碘油造影有可能引起碘化油进入血管，发生肺动脉栓塞和盆腔粘连、结核性盆腔脓肿恶化等。
禁忌
1 对碘过敏者禁用。
2 甲亢、有严重心、肝、肺疾患、急性支气管炎症和发热患者禁用。
注意事项
1 少数病人对碘发生过敏反应，应先做口服碘过敏试验。
2 对诊断的干扰。本品含碘，摄入体内可干扰甲状腺功能测定，对疑有甲状腺病变需作甲状腺功能测定者宜在应用本品前进行，但其他如三碘甲状腺原氨酸树脂摄取试验等则不受影响。
3 下列情况慎用本品：⑴活动性肺结核；⑵甲状腺功能亢进；⑶有对其他药物、食物过敏史或过敏性疾病者。
4 本品不宜久露于光线和空气中，析出游离碘后色泽变棕或棕褐色者不可再使用。
贮藏
遮光，密封，在凉暗干燥处保存。
