适应症
本品适用于敏感菌如流感嗜血杆菌、大肠埃希菌、沙门菌属等所致下列感染：呼吸道感染、气管炎、支气管炎、肺炎等下呼吸道感染；尿路感染、尿道感染、阴道感染；肠道感染、大肠感染、阑尾感染。
用法用量
口服。|1.成人一日1.5～3g，分3～4次。|2.儿童按体重一日25～50mg/kg，分4次服。
不良反应
1.可发生腹痛，腹泻、恶心、呕吐等消化道反应，其发生率在10％以下。|2.偶见皮疹等过敏反应。|3.早产儿及新生儿中尚未发现有“灰婴综合征”者。仅有个例报道有出现短暂性皮肤和面色苍白。|4.本品亦可引起造血系统的毒性反应，主要表现为可逆性红细胞生成抑制，白细胞减低和血小板减低；发生再生障碍性贫血者罕见。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.患者在治疗过程中应定期检查周围血象，疗程较长者尚需检查网织细胞计数，以及时发现血液系统不良反应。|2.肾功能不全者甲砜霉素排出减少，体内可有蓄积倾向，应减量应用。|3.老年患者用药应根据肾功能调整用药。

遮光密封，置干燥处。
