适应症
本品治疗轻、中度高血压，可单独或与其他抗高血压药(尤其是噻嗪类利尿剂)联合应用。
用法用量
1.口服:因存在明显个体差异，用药应遵医嘱。 2.推荐开始剂量为一次10mg(1粒)，一日1次，两日后可增至一次10mg(1粒)，一日2次，如应用两周后疗效仍不满意，可增至一次20mg(2粒)，一日2次，但每日最大剂量不应超过40mg(4粒)。
不良反应
1.神经精神系统:偶有轻度头晕、头痛和疲乏，易出现在治疗开始时。个别病例可出现情绪抑郁和失眠。
2.心血管系统:首次用药后，偶有体位性低血压，表现为头晕、眼前发黑、一过性晕厥;偶有心跳减慢、四肢发冷、心绞痛及房室传导阻滞;有时可使心衰病情加重。
3.消化系统:偶有胃肠道反应，如恶心、腹痛、腹泻、便秘、呕吐。
4.呼吸系统:有支气管痉挛倾向的病人可能发生呼吸困难或哮喘样发作，偶可引起百日咳样喘息、鼻塞及口腔黏膜干燥。
5.其他:
(1)有时可使间歇跛行、雷诺氏病病情加重。
(2)偶有皮肤反应(红痒、荨麻疹、扁平苔癣反应)和肝功异常，血小板及白细胞减少。
(3)个别病例出现视觉障碍、眼部刺激、排尿困难、阳痿、流感样症状、四肢疼痛和感觉异常。
禁忌
1.严重心功能衰竭患者。
2.过敏性鼻炎、哮喘及慢性阻塞性肺病患者。
3.心动过缓、窦房结综合征、窦房阻滞?Ⅱ°～Ⅲ°房室传导阻滞患者。
4.休克、心肌梗死伴并发症患者。
5.严重肝功能不全者。
6.糖尿病酮症酸中毒、代谢性酸中毒患者。
7.手术前48小时内。
8.对本品过敏者。
注意事项
1.本品能掩盖低血糖症状，并诱发低血糖，故接受降糖药物治疗的糖尿病患者应定期检查血糖.
2.突然站立时，如出现头晕或晕厥等低血压症状，应保持坐姿或卧姿，并咨询医生.
3.如出现头晕或疲劳，应避免驾驶或从事危险性工作.
4.没有医生同意，不要随意调整用药方案或停药.
5.甲状腺毒症患者应用本品时，不能突然停药，应逐渐减量，并密切观察症状.
6.嗜铬细胞瘤患者服用本品时通常与受体阻滞剂联合应用.
7.有个人或家庭性牛皮癣病史者慎用本品.
8.有严重过敏史及正在进行脱敏治疗的病人慎用本品.

密封，干燥处保存。
