适应症
用于癌症疼痛、骨折或术后疼痛等各种急、慢性疼痛。
用法用量
本品用量视疼痛程度而定。一般成人及14岁以上中度疼痛的患者，盐酸曲马多的单剂量为50mg～0.1g(1-2片)。体重不低于25kg的1岁以上儿童的服用剂量为每公斤体重1～2mg(如小儿体重为10kg为1/5-2/5片)。必要时4～6小时后可重复使用，每日最高剂量通常不超过0.4g(8片)。治疗癌痛时也可考虑使用相对的大剂量。肝肾功能不全者，应酌情使用。老年患者的剂量要考虑有所减少。上述推荐量仅供参考，原则上应选用最低的止痛剂量，遵医嘱服用。
不良反应
用药后可能出现恶心、呕吐、出汗、口干、眩晕、嗜睡等症状，昏迷可偶尔发生。少数病例中也可发现对心血管系统有影响(如:心悸、心动过速、体位性低血压和循环性虚脱)，尤其在病人直立、疲劳情况较易出现。此外，头痛、便秘、胃肠功能紊乱、皮肤搔痒、皮疹较少见。运动无力、食欲减退、排尿紊乱极少发生。精神副作用极少见，也因人而异，包括情绪的改变(多数是情绪高昂，但有时也表现为心境恶劣)、活动的改变(多数是活动减少，有时是增加)、认知和感觉能力的改变(判断和理解障碍)。个别病例报道过惊厥，但这种情况一般出现于注射高剂量的盐酸曲马多或与神经阻滞剂合作时。过敏性休克，亦不能完全排除。在医生推荐剂量下，通常不会发生呼吸抑制和昏迷。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1、长期使用本品，应注意耐药性或药物依赖性的形成，疗程不应超过治疗所需，并不适合用作替代治疗药物。2、即使按照指导的服法服用，本品也会有可能影响病人的驾驶或机械操作的反应能力。3、如用量超过规定剂量或与中枢神经镇静剂合用，可能会出现呼吸抑制。4、肝肾功能受损的病人，因其半衰期延长，用药间隔要适当延长。5、心脏疾患酌情慎用。
