适应症
本品适用于敏感菌引起的各种感染，如：|1.上呼吸道感染：鼻窦炎、扁桃体炎、咽炎、中耳炎等。|2.下呼吸道感染：急性支气管炎、慢性支气管炎急性发作、肺炎、肺脓肿和支气管扩张合并感染等。|3.泌尿系统感染：膀胱炎、尿道炎、肾盂肾炎、前列腺炎、盆腔炎、淋球菌尿路感染及软性下疳等。|4.皮肤和软组织感染：疖、脓肿、蜂窝组织炎、伤口感染、腹内脓毒症等。|5.其它感染：骨髓炎、败血症、腹膜炎和手术后感染等。
用法用量
1.凉开水冲服。|(1)成人及12岁以上儿童每次2袋(312.5mg)，一日三次；|(2)7-12岁每次1袋(156.25mg)，一日三次；|(3)2-7岁每次1/2袋(78mg)，一日三次；|(4)9个月-2岁每次1/4袋(39mg)，一日三次。重度感染剂量可加倍或遵医嘱，在不做临床监护的情况下，连续服用本品不得超过14天。|2.本品无论餐前或餐后服用吸收都很良好。服用前，加凉开水摇匀。配制好后，静置5分钟使其充分溶解。本品水溶液须冰箱贮存，每次服用前须充分摇匀。
不良反应
1.少数患者可出现轻度的恶心、呕吐和腹泻等胃肠道副作用。如出现这些副作用，可在用餐开始时服用就会恢复正常。|2.偶见荨麻疹和麻疹样皮疹，发生荨麻疹和严重的麻疹样皮疹时，应停止使用本品。|3.极少数患者可见暂时性的肝功能异常。
禁忌
对阿莫西林、克拉维酸、青霉素类抗生素或产品中组分过敏者和淋巴性白血病患者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品具有青霉素类抗生素的低毒性特点，在长期使用时仍建议定期评估器官功能，包括肾脏、肝脏和造血系统。|2.对于有过敏史的病人使用时需小心。尤其是对头孢类和其它β－内酰胺抗生素过敏者。|3.肾功能损伤的病人使用本品需小心。对有严重肾功能障碍的病人，剂量需做调整或延长服用间隔。|4.肝功能损伤的病人用药需小心并要定期监测肝功能。|5.伪膜性肠炎在几乎所有抗细菌药物都有报告，严重程度从轻到重到有生命危险。因此，对有腹泻症状的病人要慎重诊断。本品不推荐给患有单核细胞增多或淋巴性白血病病人使用，因为在治疗中可能引起皮疹。治疗期间病人应补充大量液体以防止结晶尿产生。
贮藏
密闭，凉暗（避光并不超过20℃）、干燥处保存。
