适应症
1.本品用于敏感菌所致的呼吸道感染、尿路感染、皮肤软组织感染等。|2.也可与其他抗生素联合应用治疗由敏感菌所致重症感染如败血症、腹膜炎、骨髓炎等。
用法用量
1.静脉滴注。先用灭菌注射用水适量溶解，再加至250～500ml的5%葡萄糖注射液或氯化钠注射液中稀释后静脉滴注。|2.成人：一日4～12g，严重感染可增至一日16g。分2～3次滴注。|3.儿童：一日0.1～0.3g/kg，分2～3次滴注。
不良反应
1.主要为轻度为胃肠道反应，如恶心、纳差、中上腹不适、稀便或轻度腹泻，一般不影响继续用药。|2.偶可发生皮疹、嗜酸性粒细胞增多、周围血象红细胞、血小板一过性降低、白细胞降低、血清氨基转移酶一过性升高、头晕、头痛等反应。|3.注射部位静脉炎。|4.极个别患者可能出现休克。
禁忌
对本品过敏患者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品静脉滴注速度宜缓慢，每次静脉滴注时间应在1～2小时以上。|2.肝、肾功能减退者慎用。|3.用于严重感染时除需应用较大剂量外，尚需与其他抗生素如β内酰胺类或氨基糖苷类联合应用。用于金黄色葡萄球菌感染时，也宜与其他抗生素联合应用。|4.应用较大剂量时应监测肝功能。|5.本品在体外对二磷酸腺苷（ADP）介导的血小板凝集有抑制作用，剂量加大时更为显著，但临床应用中尚未见引起出血的报道。
贮藏
密闭，在阴凉干燥处保存。
