适应症
氨基酸类药。用于改善手术前后病人营养状态，亦用于蛋白质消化和吸收障碍，蛋白质摄取量不足或消耗过多等所致的轻度营养不良。
用法用量
1.静脉滴注： 一日250～500ml，严重消耗性疾病可增至1000ml。与高渗葡萄糖混匀后经中心静脉插管滴注，或与5%～10%葡萄糖注射液混匀后经外周静脉缓慢滴注。滴速以每1分钟15～20滴为宜。 2.新生儿：一日20ml，滴速每1分钟15滴（婴儿滴管）或2小时滴完。 3.婴幼儿：一日50～100ml，滴速每1分钟10～12滴。
不良反应
滴注速度过快易产生心悸、胸闷、胃肠道反应、发热、头痛等。
禁忌
严重酸中毒和充血性心力衰竭患者慎用；尿毒症、肝昏迷和代谢障碍患者禁用。
注意事项
1.严格控制滴速。
2.使用时应供给足量葡萄糖，以防止氨基酸进入体内后被消耗。
3.期使用应监测电解质、pH及肝功能，及时纠正代谢性酸中毒和肝功能异常。
4.使用前应仔细检查药液，如发现外观异常，不能应用。药瓶开用后，剩余药液不可再使用。
5.本药遇冷可能出现结晶，可加热至60摄氏度并缓慢摇动使结晶完全溶解，待药液降至37度左右再使用

密封，置阴凉处。
