适应症
1.由于锌缺乏症引起的儿童厌食、异食癖、生长发育不良。 2.寻常型痤疮。 3.口腔溃疡症。
用法用量
口服给药。 1. 成人： (1) 治疗青年痤疮和口腔溃疡及其它病症：一次5g，一日2～3次，温水送服。治疗青年痤疮一个疗程4～6周。愈后一日5g，再服4～6周，可减少复发。其它病症疗程酌情而定。 (2) 治疗消化性溃疡：一次10g，一日3次，一个疗程4～6周，必要时可减半量，再服一个疗程，以巩固疗效。 2. 儿童： (1) 常用剂量，每日按体重0.5～1.5mg/kg元素锌计算，分3次服用。也可按照年龄确定剂量，1～5岁，一次0.75g，一日2～3次；6～10岁，一次1.5g，一日2～3次；11～15岁，一次2.5g，一日2～3次，开水冲服。 (2) 保健营养性补锌，一次1.5g，一日2～3次。
不良反应
大剂量长期使用，个别人可能出现排钾潴钠和轻度浮肿，停药后症状可自行消失。
禁忌
急性或活动性消化道溃疡者禁用。
注意事项
1.应在确诊为缺锌症时使用，如需长期服用，必须在医师指导下使用。
2.心肾功能不全和高血压患者慎用。
3.孕妇哺乳期妇女请在医师指导下使用。
4.如服用过量或出现严重不良反应，应立即就医。
5.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
6.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
7.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
8.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
9.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
贮藏
遮光，密封，在干燥处保存。
