适应症
本品用于治疗急性血栓性脑梗塞和脑梗塞所伴随的运动障碍，及改善蛛网膜下腔出血手术后的脑血管痉挛收缩和并发脑缺血症状。
用法用量
1.治疗急性血栓性脑梗塞及其所伴随的运动障碍。每次80mg，溶于250ml电解质溶液中，每日1-2次，缓慢静脉滴注，2周一疗程。|2.改善蛛网膜下腔出血手术后的脑血管痉挛收缩和并发脑缺血症状。每次80mg，溶于250ml电解质溶液中，每日1次，可24小时连续进行静脉滴注，最好在蛛网膜下腔出血手术后尽早开始用药，2周一疗程。另外，可根据年龄、症状适当增减用量。
不良反应
1.血液：由于有出血的倾向，要仔细观察，出现异常立即停止给药。|2.肝肾：偶有GOT、GPT、BUN升高。|3.消化系统：偶有恶心、呕吐、腹泻、食欲不振、胀满感。|4.过敏反应：偶见荨麻疹、皮疹等，发生时停止给药。|5.循环系统：偶有室上心律不齐、血压下降，发现时减量或终止给药。|6.其他：偶有头痛、发烧、注射部位疼痛、休克及血小板减少等。|7.严重不良反应可出现出血性脑梗塞、硬膜外血肿、脑内出血、消化道出血、皮下出血等。
禁忌
1.对本品过敏者。|2.脑出血或脑梗塞并出血者。|3.有严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全者，如严重心律不齐。|4.有血液病或有出血倾向者。|5. 严重高血压，收缩压超过26.6 kPa(即200毫米汞柱)以上者。
注意事项
1.本品与抑制血小板功能的药物并用有协同作用，必须适当减量。|2.本品避免与含钙输液(格林氏溶液等)混合使用，以免出现白色混浊。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
