适应症
1.胃、十二指肠溃疡。 2.与抗生素合用，根除幽门螺杆菌。
用法用量
1.口服，一次350mg(一次一粒)，一日2次，饭前服，疗程不宜超过6周; 2.与抗生素合用的剂量和疗程遵医嘱。
不良反应
1.过敏反应罕见，包括皮肤瘙痒、皮疹等;
2.可能出现肝功能异常;
3.偶见头痛、关节痛及胃肠道功能紊乱，如恶心、腹泻、腹部不适、胃痛、便秘等;
4.罕见粒细胞减少。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品不宜长期大剂量使用，连续使用不宜超过6周。
2.服用本品后可见粪便变黑，舌发黑，属正常现象，停药后即会消失。
3.有急性卟啉症病史或肌酐清除率
贮藏
密封，在干燥处保存。
