适应症
用于诊断，仅供静脉内给药◆颅脑和脊髓磁共振威像(MRI)特别是用于证实肿瘤，及对可疑的脑（脊）膜瘤、（听）神经鞘瘤、侵入性肿瘤（如神经胶质瘤，小儿视神经胶质瘤）和肿瘤转移做进一步的鉴别诊断；用于证实小肿瘤和/或等信号肿瘤；手术或放射治疗后肿瘤的可疑复发；区分罕见的肿瘤，如血管细胞瘤、室管膜瘤和小垂体腺瘤；进一步确定非脑源性肿瘤的扩散。此外在脊髓磁共振成像中还用于：鉴别髓内和髓外肿瘤；在已知的瘘管中显示实体瘤的区域；确定髓内肿瘤的扩散情况。◆全身磁共振成像包括面部颅骨、颈部、包括心脏的胸腔和腹腔、女性乳腺、盆腔和主动性及被动性运动肢体，及全身血管成像。钆喷酸葡胺注射液特别提供下述诊断信息：用于证实或排除肿瘤、炎症和血管病变；用于确定这些病变的扩散和边界；用于区分病变的内部结构：用于评价正常组织和病理性改变组织的循环状况；用于区分治疗后的肿瘤和瘢痕组织；用于确认手术后复发的椎间盘突出；用于结合解剖学的器官诊断进行肾功能的半定量评价。
用法用量
静脉注射。成人及2岁以上儿童，按体重一次0.2ml/kg（或0.1mmol/kg），最大用量为按体重一次0.4ml/kg。|1．颅脑及脊髓磁共振成像：必要时可在30分钟内再次给药。|2．全身磁共振成像：为获得充分的强化，可按体重一次0.4ml/kg给药。最佳强化时间一般在注射后45分钟之内。为排除成人病变或肿瘤复发，可将用量增至按体重一次0.6ml/kg，以增加诊断的可信度。
不良反应
磁共振造影剂不良反应极少，个别患者给药后可出现面部潮红，荨麻疹，恶心，呕吐，味觉异常，注射部位轻度热、痛感，支气管痉挛，心悸，头晕，头痛，寒颤，惊厥，低血压等不良反应，个别患者有过敏、喉头水肿、休克等反应。亦有重症肌无力急剧恶化的报道。
禁忌
对钆喷酸葡胺注射液的任何成份过敏的患者。急性或慢性的严重肾损伤(GFR<30ml/min/1.73m2|)患者。
注意事项
1．对有严重肾损害、癫痫、低血压、哮喘及其他变态反应性呼吸道疾病患者及有过敏倾向者慎用。2．注射时注意避免药液外渗，防止引起组织疼痛。3．部分患者用药后血清铁及胆红素值略有升高，但无症状，可在24小时内恢复正常。4．孕妇及哺乳期妇女慎用，动物试验表明有少量药液进入乳汁。5．本品的有效增强时间为45分钟，静脉注射后，应立即进行MRI检查。6．一次检查后所剩下的药液应不再使用。7．应用本品时应遵守磁共振检查中有关的安全规定。
贮藏
遮光，30℃以下保存。由于对光敏感，小瓶应贮藏与外包装的纸盒中。
