适应症
本品用于治疗广泛性焦虑症和其他焦虑性障碍。
用法用量
口服，开始一次5mg(1片)，一日2-3次。第二周可加至一次10mg(2片)，一日2-3次。常用治疗剂量一日20mg-40mg(4-8片)。
不良反应
有头晕、头痛，口干，恶心，呕吐及胃肠功能紊乱。失眠、出汗、便秘、心动过速、视力模糊，食欲减退等，程度较轻，病人一般能够耐受，不需特殊处理。偶有心电图异常(T波低平、Ⅰ度房室传导阻滞)及血清谷丙转氨酶轻度增高。
禁忌
1. 青光眼、重症肌无力、白细胞减少及对本品过敏者禁用。|2. 孕妇、哺乳期妇女禁用。|3. 儿童禁用。
注意事项
1. 心、肝、肾功能不全者、肺功能不全者慎用。|2. 用药期间定期检查肝功能与白细胞计数。|3．用药期间不宜驾驶车辆、操作机械或高空作业。服药期间勿饮酒。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
