适应症
用于婴幼儿的退热，缓解由于感冒流感等引起的轻度头痛、咽痛及牙痛等。
用法用量
口服需要时每6-8小时可重复使用，每24小时不超过4次，5-10mg/kg/次。或参照年龄、体重剂量表，用滴管量取。使用前请摇匀使用后请清洗滴管。剂量表
不良反应
本品耐受性良好副作用低一般为轻度的肠、胃部不适，偶有皮疹和耳鸣、头痛及转氨酶升高等也有引起胃肠道出血而加重溃疡的报道。
禁忌
1、对本品或其他非甾体类消炎药有过敏反应者禁用。
2、活动期消化道溃疡者禁用。
注意事项
1、6个月以下婴幼儿应遵医嘱。
2、将本品和其他所有药物置于远离儿童接触的地方。
3、服用剂量不应超过推荐剂量，否则可能引起头痛、呕吐、倦怠低血压及皮疹等。过量服用应立即请医生诊治。
4、有消化道溃疡病史患儿，肾功能不全患者、心功能不全及高血压患儿慎用。
5、有支气管哮喘病患儿，请在医生指导下使用。
6、合并抗凝治疗的患儿，服药的最初几日应随时监测其凝血酶原时间。
7、连续用药三天以上，发热或疼痛仍未缓解需请医生诊治。
8、除非有医生的指导，在使用本药期间，勿再 使 用含布洛芬或其他的解热镇痛药物。
9、由于持续的呕吐、腹泻或液体摄入不足而出现明显的脱水需就医，以纠正水及电解质平衡。
贮藏
密封干燥处保存。
