适应症
本品适用于急性心梗后继发左心室衰竭，各种不同病因所致左心室衰竭及严重性或不稳定型心绞痛。
用法用量
1.静脉滴注 2.最适浓度： 1支10ml安瓿注入200ml 0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖液中，或者5支5ml安瓿注入500ml 0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖液中，振摇数次，得到50μg/ml的浓度；亦可用10ml安瓿5支注入500ml输液中，得到100μg/ml的浓度。 3.药物剂量可根据病人的反应调整，静脉滴注开始剂量30μg/min，观察0.5～1小时，如无不良反应可加倍，一日1次，10天为一疗程。
不良反应
和其它硝酸盐类药物一样，在使用过程中特别是在给药初期可能会因血管扩张，出现头痛恶心等症状。
禁忌
禁用于贫血、头部创伤、脑出血、严重低血压或血容量不足和对硝酸盐类药物敏感的患者。
注意事项
使用过程中应严密观察病人的心率和血压。对甲状腺功能减退，营养不良，严重的肝或肾脏疾病及体重过低者也应谨慎注意。
贮藏
阴凉处防冻，密闭保存。
